Following the release of the report of the payroll audit by office of auditor general, 695 personnel were reported as unverified. unit commanders are required to access the list of affected personnel on the police web site at www.upf.go.ug ) inform the affected personnel under your respective commands to report at the National Archives and Records Centre (NARC) of the Ministry Of Public Service located next to the Ministry of Health ) the exercise will commence on 15th April 2024 to 17th may 2024 from Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM )

UNVERIFIED UGANDA POLICE PERSONNEL
The affected personnel must carry
along the following:
- Introductory letter signed by the DPC
- a valid employee identity card
- original and photocopy of national identity card
- original and photocopy of academic and professional certificates
- original and photocopy of appointment/ promotion letter
- original and photocopy of confirmation letter
- original and photocopy of current deployment letter and
- pay slip for December 2023 and January 2024 signed by the responsible officer.
unit commanders are requested to release the affected personnel to personally turnup for the above-mentioned exercise.
