The police at Isimba has recovered a stolen land cruiser ambulance REG.NO UAW 984Z belonging to the China International Water and Electric Company (CEC) one of the companies constructing the dam.
It is alleged that the driver convinced his bosses that he was taking the ambulance to the washing bay,driving it out and handed it to someone who crossed with it using a ferry in Kamuli
