Police in Bulenga is holding one suspect Deo Mukisa , a resident of Kireka Bbira Nakabugo Parish Wakiso district for allegedly kidnapping and murdering 4 year old Elvis Kibule.
Kibule was reported kidnapped on the 24/01/2019 but Police investigations led to the arrest of Mukisa who later confessed to the kidnapp and murder.
Yesterday the 30/01/2019 police was able to recover the body that had been dumped in a swamp around Kireka Bbira .
The body was picked and taken to Mulago for Postmortem.
Later,the suspect also led police officers to the scene where he dumped the body of his girlfriend whom he had killed earlier.
He confessed to the murder by poisoning, and she had been reported missing at Central Police Station missing a few days ago.
