Although the massage parlor was offering regular and legally sanctioned massages, it also engaged in  a range of illicit sex acts to customers, for an extra charge, which includes, manual erotic stimulation or oral sex performed at the end of the massage, including acts of sodomy against the female staff. According to one of the victims, a 22 year old, former staff, the owner used or authorised the use of a vibrator, on female staff and recorded the videos, which she sold for a profit.

We have continued to receive complaints from women employed in such establishments, who are victims of trafficking for sexual exploitation.  They are coerced with false promises, threatened with violence or physically trapped into this situation, without understanding what they got into. Our task teams, recovered exhibits of a vibrator, two packets of shisha flavour, lubricants for anal sex and camera tripods for recording sex videos.

We strongly condemn such acts of human rights and sexual violations that continue to take place in massage parlours. We further call upon anyone with strong suspicious of such human rights and sexual violation at massage parlours to call the National Operations Command Centre on telephone contacts on 0776999136, 0707600773 or toll free number 0800199699.
