The District Police Commander Jinja road has cordoned off Namboole round about after a fuel truck overturned causing traffic on the high way.
However the community around is anxious to siphon fuel which is a very risky venture.
We want to caution the public to observe law and order as guided by the police.
The fire brigade emergency response team is already there on standby.
