yesterday the East African Police Chiefs Cooperation Organisation games kicked off at UCU Mukono.
Current chairman, also Commissioner General of Rwanda National Police(RNP) Emmanuel K. Gasana in the company of Uganda’s Inspector General of Police Gen Kale Kayihura, officially opened the games, that began with a thrilling 8km run and the day ended with Uganda Police football team whipping neighbors Kenya Police 7-1.
